Yet this dish of humble origins and exquiste taste can define them all: Delicious, hearthy, filling to the body and the soul. Ah, Pelmeni, the dish of the workers and students, of coal miners and scientist alike, so many discoveries in the XX century were fueled by you in the stovetop of socialism!
